AA holding PE seats
We're trying to book a flight MIA-MAD on May 2nd flight departing at 6:15pm and the entire premium economy section is "not available", but on the seat map all seats are available.
I called AA and someone in web support that is based in theUK told me that he change the option on top from US to UK and the seats became available. BUT I would have to use a UK credit card which we don't have.
I called again and was told that these seats are not available for the US market. That's crazy!! this flight originates in Miami.
The entire week is like that. Any thoughts on why this is happening?
