My wife and I had a flight+car holiday to Turkey in late October. Chased the missing tier points for the first time on Monday this week to the email address in the wiki, had a response today saying they had been posted. Additional tier points posted for both myself and my wife, the transaction date however is today, they were not backdated to the original flight dates, this isn't a problem for either of us fortunately with our year ends being August and October.
