You're probably best off buying them at an US duty free shop. My recollection of prices is that Marlboro (reds) were 22 Euros in FRA, CDG and FCO, 17 Pounds at LHR, $22 from the AA on-board cart, and $18 in ORD if you buy 2 cartons, but this may have been a special.
