Stayed there as a diamond for a night during Christmas (24-25th Dec), and contrary to all the data points on flyertalk and tripadvisor, lounge was OPEN. Had some cold cuts and the hot dish was some really ugly chunks of beef (which tasted amazing). Was pre upgraded to a Junior Queen suite and the room was okay, quite modern and decent. Flooring in the toilet had heated tiles, which even the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome which I moved to later didnt, so that was definitely a plus. Overall, the property was definitely better than the average Hiltons that you have in the US, but not as luxurious as say the Hilton Lake Como or Hilton Tangier City Center, both which imho deserved to be branded as a Conrad. During breakfast they also served Champagne and Oysters, but not too sure if it was a one off Christmas thing.

Overall, would stay here again in a heart beat cause the location is amazing.
