My mum booked a flight to visit me last year. And BA has today cancelled her flight for the third time.

I’m suspecting the route is not operational right now or they cancelled certain days, but is there an area on the BA website to check which routes are currently operational?

Their ‘Where we fly’ part of the website has obviously not been updated for COVID at all… which I find ridiculous as we’re now nearly TWO YEARS into this mess. The least they can do is have some sort of page with a simple list of operational routes and a timetable.

I’m getting tired having to select dates, etc. and being told there are no flights that day, etc.
