Im not a wing snob, but you are correct. These were not lovingly nor authentically produced. There are better places locally to get wings. My excitement comes from the reopening of the nearest bar and grill to my home, a drive of under 5 minutes. They kept it pretty quiet, but word got around. Now, if they can just retain their employees ……
