yes Thai Pass still valid up to max 3 days after original arrival
PCR test need to be rebooked
same hotel is ok but not same room...at least not until negative result of PCR test of the second arriving person
but check this with the hotel as some might over-interprete the regulation and not allow same room for whole period....
