Hilton Grand Vacations

We are owners with Diamond Resorts and our HOA has enrolled into the Destination Exchange Program for Weeks Owners like ourselves. Our resorts are a Tier 5 so we would pay $149 to go into a Tier 5 or below and pay $229 to upgrade to a Tier 6 As Hilton Grand Vacations have joined our Destinations Exchange I am looking at the West 57th street, Hilton Grand Vacations Chicago, Bay Club at Waikoloa and HIlton Grand Waikoloa. In Las Vegas I would consider the Elara Hilton Grand Vacations as well as the Hilton Grand at Trump Towers.

Also we would use the Bonus Time at Hiltons.

We purchased our weeks on the resale market we own two weeks and paid $1400 for our 2 bedroom 2 weeks at the Sedona Summit and Scottsdale Villa Mirage. Our Maintenance Fees are $900 at each resort. By us having access to Hilton while availability may be limited during the transition is still a huge value. I've stayed at the Hilton Mar Brisa in San Diego and will stay there again as it was very nice. I took a tour of the Elara and am pleased with the units there.

What are your experiences with Hilton Grand Vacations?
