Pont Alexandre is very nice, but there quieter bridges too. Just walk along the Seine until you find a quiet spot and right moment.

I recommend La passerelle des Arts

It connect the Louvre and l'Institut de France with a view of l'île de la Cité, le pont Neuf, and Notre-Dame.
