What happens if due to airline cancellation/last minute flight change I am going to arrive in Phuket a day later?

Does the "thai pass" need to be reissued? I see that the pass linked page allows arrival up to 3 days later, but the document itself lists only the specific date.
Also, I assume the pcr test needs to be rebooked?
