If they're FTVs and not evouchers (which would be normal for a redemption booking) then you'd have to phone in to use them, it can't be done online. Can certainly see your point Alex Also have £200 e vouchers for service recovery. Couldn’t even use them for part payment. But dems da rules. Lol.
