As a preface: this is a cash return fare booked on ba.com and in Euro traveller. Return departs on Saturday midday back to LHR.

I checked earlier today the ability to change my return flight date through MMB and I landed on the new system that gave me options of changing to various flights on a particular date but also included Club Europe as an option (at a cost). ET was £0. Great. But CE was a nice £50 more to change to that date and that cabin. All good so I took a bit of time to think it through.

I returned in the last hour and the website takes me to the old “change booking” screens via the new MMB. I’m no longer able to select CE, only ET at no charge.

My question is why has the booking or tech reverted to the older designed flow for “change booking”?

I am keen on selecting CE at a cost but it’s no longer coming up as an option.
