I tried that for over 2 hours on chat and that lead
to nowhere. Then tried to use ftv to pay for taxes on avios booking and the system would not let me. So that will be added to my complaint. Have £3k of FTV and can’t use £1200 of it to pay for taxes on an Avios booking.
