What I do is book the adult itin first then book the child. As you book the child it asks for the PNR of the adult and links them but you do end up with 2 seperate charges that if $100 will reimburse.

I don't have a data point on if you do book on 1 itin and both are under $100 they bill individually or total. If it is total it's make life easier.

If they'd allow credits to be transferable then it's be even easier
