Flying after (possible) exposure to Covid

At my office, several people who were in the office when I was came down with Covid the next day. At home, several staff members (who work for the condo association) have Covid and are taking time off.

I have a flight on AA 8 days after the people in the office came down with Covid.

Would this possible exposure prevent me from flying? Even if AA allows me to fly, is it ethical to?

I'll have negative rapid and PCR tests to show before the flight.
