I've been reading with interest this post for some time now.
We booked and traveled on 2 BA Holidays in October and November 2021, both qualified for the double tier points. Like many here, I have called and called all the options that are available to no avail. I have e-mailed the address given in this forum at least 10 times and not even had the courtesy of a reply. I personally don't need the double tier points but my wife and children who were on these holidays would really benefit from the double points. Mrs JetsetMonty has another BA holiday to the US in Club World in May and ought to be Gold by then.
I really understand the issues BA is facing and have great sympathy with all the customer-facing people but I am at a loss at what else I can do to get both a response and the double points credited to all their accounts.
Any further suggestions ?
