I requested a refund on 17th December for two business class tickets Manchester to Cape Town and so far nothing has been received. The email from BA said it would take around 5 to 7 working days to process the refund.

I requested online on 27th December an Avios refund for a cancelled (by BA) LHR/DUR J flight and still await. Think I’ll have to be patient.
