Took this advice and used it for the first time this week, bags started coming off at 22 minutes. I had done the claim by the time I realized my bags were not coming off and had missed my connection. Took about 40 hours til they were delivered. I feel like I should get more miles than the people that waited 20 minutes. Trying to decide whether I should send a complaint right away or see if they quibble over our clothing purchase reimbursements first.
