Yes, in my opinion, VERY basic resort and lackluster. I went in September, so I am not sure if they have gotten it together service wise, but they dropped the ball in so many areas. Food was unimpressive, rooms were meh, and the resort overall did not tell me I was at a Ritz property. Very disappointing.
