I'm confident playing on your personal device for the entire duration of a flight do not support any of these three.
I'm sure that people I run into at all sorts of workplaces, from Starbucks to the supermarket to the mall to offices, are at some point violating some policy of their employers. But that's a matter between their employers and them. I don't worry about their internal policies.
