Hi, sorry to dig this oldie up, but started having this problem recently and found this thread. Were there any solutions to getting this fixed?
Was on the phone with a CSR and tried the 2nd email solution and that worked, but that's not a long term fix. When I try to resend the receipt, nothing comes through (still). Thanks!
