Looks like this hotel is available for points booking starting today. I will be in Austin next week and am considering switch from the HR to the tommie for the brand explorer credit (and 500 points per night for the new hotel). How is the location of the tommie vs the regency? I'm in my 30s so being near bars and restaurants is a plus.
