10 days still no response. Should I email them again?
My main issue here is the front desk agent was incredibly rude, argued with me and wouldn't even let me try to clarify why she was wrong. I tired to rectify the situation with Marriott customer support and got a very quick response that was not helpful and then nothing since. My initial email I didn't say breakfast amenity, I mentioned I was denied the "daily $10 food and beverage welcome amenity" so there should have been no miscommunication as I was very clear.
