Some advice please. I need to change my flight booking on the BA web site and add an extra checked in bag. But when I go into "manage my booking" on the BA web site both these options are missing!..the cancel option is there..Maybe if I click on cancel I can change my flight? .but don't want to cancel in error! I can Re book by phone but its a nightmare trying to get through to BA by phone..any advice please? ..thanks
