Ive had this in the past where for some reason e-ticket numbers despite showing on the boarding pass didn't match up with what IB had in their system. On a booking for 2 it was a simple fix and easily rectified for points to credit but for a party of 5 on the same booking it might be a bit more difficult for the layman to work out. Definitely let BAMissingAvios do their thing.
