That's annoying - we're the one group of flyers who the Club Suites are not as good as the old CW for. It if were just the two of us then YAY Club Suites, but with the little things, Club Suites makes it all harder to manage. Anyway, is there a work around to be able to see the seat map and change our seat selection or do I have to do a call?
