I think 4 of those are real taxes, but the Facility fee is the description used for 'Resort Charge' in places that are clearly not resorts. Is that 9 x $35 + tax?

Edit: Yes it is the $35 resort/facility fee. They apply tax at 14.75% to get 40.1625 which they round to 40.17/day. New York New York, they named it twice as they charge by the letter.
