We are going to be in Rome 7/31-8/3 as the kickoff to our Italian deciversary. I am scouting points hotels and having a tough time deciding if 20-30k Hyatt or amex points per night is going to get us a sufficiently luxurious feel for such a trip.it’s been 20+ years since we’ve been to rom so was thinking of staying central.

are there any obvious choices I should check out? We don’t have many Marriott points left but could get some via cc. We do have a lot of ur/amex I’m willing to burn. Thank you!!
