Effective from 12 November 2021
What’s changed?
Household Accounts- Changes were made so that it is no longer required for all members of a Household Account to reside in the same address; and as such, each individual member in a Household Account can submit a change of address in relation to their own personal records.
- We have also increased flexibility when managing the Household Account.
