Closing my case, Iberia credited both of my flights this week, which were in the same reservation/ticket: the BER-BCN which I submitted online using the form, and the BCN-BER which I e-mailed them on the IB+Gold e-mail (because the form no longer accepted VY flights). This was done just before the 2 months deadline they set when I made the claim over email.
