This may or may not be the appropriate thread to make the following "observations" but.....
Delta currently has only a small handful of "international" aircraft stored:
B767-400....there are 2.......both are located at MZJ - N841MH (as of 2020-Mar), N842MH (as of 2020-Mar) - and do not have their interior conversions as of yet
B767-300ER.....There is 1................located at BHM - N394DL "Z2" version (as of 2020-Dec), and probably is not going to be converted (interiors and exit door locations are different than
all other DLs active 76Es
B757-200....there are 6................all located at VCV - N680DA (as of 2020-Mar), N681DA (as of 2021-Feb), N6701 (as of 2020-Mar), N6703D (as of 2020-Mar), N551NW (as of 2020-Mar), and
N709TW (as of 2020-Mar). The first 5 DL refers to the frames as an "H" versions and the last one DL refers to as an "S" version. The first 4
were delivered new to DL, N551NW was delivered new to Northwest Airlines (which DL inherited via the merger), and N709TW was delivered new
to TWA (Trans World Airlines) which went bankrupt in 2001.
Other "NON" international frames that are currently stored which COULD return to service (RTS): 8 A319-100's, 17 B717-200's (probably won't RTS), 9 CRJ-900's, 2 CRJ-700's, and 3 ERJ-170's. The last 3 groups (CRJ's and ERJ's) are used only by regional subsidiaries, so I'm not sure I should have included them here (but I did). I believe that the B717's are also leased to DL, and will be retired (WFU) as soon as they can be. A319-100's came from NWA and are getting close to 25 years of age - these frames will probably be replaced with the A220-300's as they get delivered to DL. Again, If this is not the correct thread for this information, please move it to where ever it should be placed. Thank You.
