Booking award nights here is a nightmare - you read correctly.
Getting a good room assignment as a Glob is not an issue most Globs will tell you.
Even getting a suite (using a TSU), better than the blocked Andaz Suite (which I hate), has never in the past been an issue, but now seems difficult.
