I booked a Dollar Car rental prepaid on their website and apparently I was not signed in to my account. I never received a confirmation email. Is there another way to retrieve the confirmation number maybe by my credit card or personal info? It shows as pending on my bank online but there is no confirmation number. And again I didn't receive an email with the details. I can't find anything online about this subject and Dollar is closed currently. Thank you in advance!
Thank you I will call them now. But I did get a confirmation number when booking but didn't write it down because as soon as I noticed I wasn't logged into Dollar I logged in then try to go back for the confirmation number and the page was lost and did not reload. I will call now I was just seeing if anyone knew another way besides calling. I didn't use Autoslash because it was a prepaid card for $21 a day in San Diego in I wanted to skip the line with their program that has to be booked direct(as you know). Thank you for your response. I will follow up after the call.
