IMHO, WT+ gives you rather more than that, although some of the benefits are quite "soft". It's a much smaller cabin and it tends to have less excitable passengers, so the whole atmosphere is much calmer and rather more relaxed. That's worth something, even if it isn't a tangible thing that you can pin an unarguable price on. And as well as providing more legroom, the WT+ seat itself is wider.
