My most recent trip with them had some interesting results. We missed a flight after a plane change with only 40 minutes and a shuttle to another terminal at LAX. Bags had been checked through to PDX from MIA. Spent the night in LA and watched our bags go to DFW and spend the night, then in the morning appear above Colorado briefly (I'm Guessing Someone Checked Their Location With An iPhone Midroute) and then arrive at PDX as if nothing happened. I was confused, but impressed with the tracking.
