Just because the charge shows as pending on your credit card doesn't mean it actually went through. It's possible they authorized your card for the transaction but for some reason, the reservation did not confirm. The only way to find out for certain is to contact Dollar. You can call them at (800) 800-5252 or you can click here to contact them via their web form.

Also, do yourself a favor. If your reservation did not go through, check pricing on AutoSlash first before re-booking. It's very possible our pay-at-counter rate will be lower than Dollar's prepaid rate.
