Usually you can change it online. But if it’s a complex booking or has been changed before those could be reasons why you can’t do it anymore for yours. As noted you would have to call unfortunately.

Which makes me wonder if repeat change requests cause a system error. I'd previously time-changed it once no problem, then needed to move it to previous day and that was when it caused an issue.
