I booked a Dollar Car rental prepaid on their website and apparently I was not signed in to my account. I never received a confirmation email. Is there another way to retrieve the confirmation number maybe by my credit card or personal info? It shows as pending on my bank online but there is no confirmation number. And again I didn't receive an email with the details. I can't find anything online about this subject and Dollar is closed currently. Thank you in advance!
