thanks so much for your detailed guidance. I called in and got a lovely agent and she knew what I wanted. No fuss and stumbling with Z space location and she wrapped everything up in 5 or so min. I confirmed that my GUCs now show 'Closed' and I have 2 receipts corresponding to 2 e-tickets; first in coach & the 2nd in Z class.
Interestingly enough when i ran the EF query immediately after hanging up with the rep, that same itinerary which was showing Z2 now showed Z0.
