MMB Login Error after requesting Avios upgrade
I’ve got two separate bookings where I’ve requested Avios upgrades. Both needed a call-in as wouldn’t allow online. I’m not my situations, the agent processed the upgrade request, told me they were deducting Avios, took payment details and submitted the change to ticketing.
Both bookings are now both, separately, waiting for ticketing and generate a login error when trying to access via MMB. Both were accessible before the upgrade.
I’ve been able to validate that the upgrade is in the booking by checking by via Qantas/Finnair, but cannot access on BA.com. No Avios have been deducted or payments taken yet.
is this normal? - I’ve never experienced the error previously when processing an upgrade request.
