I have had these three as the breakfast options a couple of times now between LAS and SEA and it's disappointing and underwhelming. Would prefer something more substantial with a little more protein. The yogurt bowl is not much at all. And neither is the protein plate - a slice of processed turkey and two pieces of cheese is not my idea of breakfast on a 2:25 flight. The umpkin oats fit in a thimble. An egg mcmuffin or Jimmy Dean equivalent would be more substantial.
Of course since the AFA doesn't want to work flights the schedule is becoming moot anyway
