BAH - what can I change
Just want confirmation as website not totally clear

I have a BAH booked, and I now need to change the dates

1. What extra charges will I incur. The original was booked during the last sale so a lot cheaper than current prices. Do I pay fare difference? Or the original price?
2. Can I change the hotel? Or do I need to keep the original one?
3. I assume I need to call in. BAH line or can I call GGL line?
