I'll put it down both to the lady needing a trip to Fielmann (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fielmann_AG) and to the system having had a glitch. (And with the way the BA website works, it may well be!)

It'd be interesting to know if anybody has had the same thing happen to them, if it was a glitch.
