I'm visiting a friend in Europe (from the US) and my friend asked me to bring him some cigarettes from the duty-free shop. Being a non-smoker, I have no idea what cigarettes cost and where the cheapest place to buy them is. Is it really cheaper to buy them at the duty-free shop than just a regular "cheap cigarettes" place in the US?
