Yes, you can.

If you are in a Household Account and your daughter is not a member of it, you will need to add her to your Family and Friends list so that you can book for her. (There are limits on how often you can change the composition of a HHA and a F&F list, so keep an eye on those.)

If you are not in a HHA, then you are free to book a ticket for anyone else, subject to all of the usual restrictions about selling, bartering etc (which don't apply to your situation).
