I've got a dispute open for one card that looked flawless upon purchase for a vanilla visa bought at walgreens (one of the newer ones). Hackers figured out card number by doing a test purchase on REI website and it was liquidated in less than 24 hours from my purchase of it at a target in California. They have gotten really good at this. I expect to be in a long battle for the funds on this card.
