TRC seems to be executed terribly.

Flying EWR-PLS later this week. Submitted test results and vaccination record card for review for me +1. Rejected multiple times "The information on your document doesn't match the information you entered." This simply isn't true. After a few tries, documents (identical to the ones rejected multiple times) for my +1 were accepted. I keep trying mine and they keep getting rejected.

The same docs were used and approved for entry by TCI government. I assume at this point I just stop trying to upload via TRC and handle it at the airport?
