I'm trying to use my Eurobonus points for Singapore Airlines (SIN to REP). I've priced it up using the chart - I think it should be 25k points return.

However, I can't seem to do so using the Star Alliance redemption part of the website. I tried phoning up, but I got hung up on (well, the call just went silent after speaking for 30 seconds or so to an operator).

Is it possible to redeem currently for Singapore Airlines? Is there a place I can check availability without having to call?
