Concierge got everyone together and took them down the "express" elevator to the secure side of the transfer train. Since Canada is in OSS and Zurich cooperates - you can do this. She then gave them all the instructions for quick walk to B-Gates. The inbound was late 60 mins so there were a quite a few people who were around 30-45 mins connection time. This service really calmed everyone.
As for us - we were taken over to the immigration line - but escorted to the front of the madness - - - so only about 5 mins to clear immigration. Bags were already on the belt . . about 20 mins from the gate arrival. Love arriving at this airport - what a contract to the YYZ departure and the inflight service AC880 (I wrote on another thread).
The ZRH Concierges are very proactive, but sometimes
they're confused.
