This has been the only time a concierge has met me on arrival, so I guess that's a good thing
Just arrived Zurich. Concierges (both of them) met the flight. One was assigned to deal with getting the J-Class connections expedited. If you don't know Zurich airport perfectly then the fastest way to make the connections is more of an inside secret. Concierge got everyone together and took them down the "express" elevator to the secure side of the transfer train. Since Canada is in OSS and Zurich cooperates - you can do this. She then gave them all the instructions for quick walk to B-Gates. The inbound was late 60 mins so there were a quite a few people who were around 30-45 mins connection time. This service really calmed everyone.

As for us - we were taken over to the immigration line - but escorted to the front of the madness - - - so only about 5 mins to clear immigration. Bags were already on the belt . . about 20 mins from the gate arrival. Love arriving at this airport - what a contract to the YYZ departure and the inflight service AC880 (I wrote on another thread).
